I just recieved a letter from Mr. Laverty that he did what his contract said. Unfortunately he DID NOTHING. I am not able to call and find any info with them. They never even contacted my second mortgage yet he did what his contract said and I am unable to get a refund for him DOING NOTHING. I started with a mortgage of 7.5% and my modification was a loan of 7.5%. How is this a modification. I am currently working with Bank of America to get a modification of 2.45%
