We had contracted with this company to provide gaming servers for our group of players. However, we had several problems and listed those problems in their support section.in each case, we asked that the servers be reset to the latest version. All they did was come back and give us instructions for US to try to fix the servers ourselves. The result is is that one of our servers has been down for three weeks, and I get nothing but bad attitude from the "support staff". They have made no efforts to correct the problem, get the server back online, and when asked to provide a refund back to the date we had identified the problem they only offer a refund for the last 5 days.
To anyone looking for a good gaming server, we have switched over to Hypertech, a game server hosting company that provides rapid response and has great servers. Not only that, but they were cheaper than Gameservers.
I personnaly think that Gamservers.com are a ripoff and really don't care if your server is running or not. They go out of their way to do as little as possible, but are eager every month when it comes time to get paid.
