Alltel was nothing unique but atleast you can cope with somebody nearby. I guess I've created 3 dozen wire interruption calls this season. I created 4 contact 14 days before. While no body turned up after 4 times I went towards the nearby Windstream shop. Evidently not just one of my interruption calls have been documented towards the regional office. Each time I contact I obtain a boss to contact me and also the support technology to contact once they are on the way to avoid it. Never one-call! I am just losing my period publishing this since yes my wire has gone out again. I've never delt having a business that cared less about custumer support. I have eliminated with another web supplier athome, I'll be eliminating Windstream DLS in the office plus they have pressed me to-order satelite. I'll not be purchasing through them. Why did Windstream buy this place from Alltel when they did not wish to support it? You are horrible.
