I bought a Windstream pack 8 weeks before. Big mistake. Never happy with top features of DSL, the previous week numerous difficulties sending messages. Considering it had been my computer I got it to a great technology support - recommended not my pc: Windstream. He himself had Windstream previously but transformed machines because of consistant issues.
I bought Windstream like a cost-saver. The old saying holds true: you receive that which you paid for. The price of the technology support has beaten my original savings. Ashamed!
