I was charged for $400 and wasn't aware a majority of the minutes were being charged. I went to a free public chat room. Started to chat a little and then selected the 'go private' link. I was ended the session after 5 or so minutes and it took me to a 'session complete' page. So I wanted to chat more for free, I then hit the back button. Chatted quite a few minutes again and then clicked on 'go private' link. Only talked for another 5 minutes before ending the private session again. I ended up at the 'session complete' page again. I hit the back button one more time for free chat. We chatted for awhile and then I was vaguely notified by the host I was being charged. She knew I didn't know, but could not tell me because of other reason. She finally became very uneased the situation and told me to leave. I asked her if I was being charge and she indicated yes and has since e-mail me a private message apoligizing. Each time I went to the private session, I was notified at my chat screen I was entering a 'private session'. Each time I went back, I wasn't ever notified in the chat area. I call customer service to correct this error. He stated that the host never had a 'free public chat room' enabled, but is going to give me a 25% discount on my cc after the charges posted. I totally disagree and could not get him to fix my account. Please help as I will owe $300.
