Rip off

I typed in the practice series and dvdtvclassics came up i ordered the series and i still have not received the order that was over two weeks ago i emailed with no response so i looked them up to see if they were a rip off and sure enough their name is on the rip off site i should have known better from now on im going to look up a company before i order from them
