Dec 28 I ordered the Big Valley DVD series. I was sent a confirmation for the order and told it would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. At 10 weeks I sent an e-mail questioning why I had not received my set. No response. I sent another e-mail a week later and it was undeliverable. Now the web site is not valid. I have never received the set and my charge card was charged for the amount of the set.
