Sent an email stating you will receive 8 movie tickets if you complete survey, Paid through paypal $5.93

I received an email stating that if I took a few minutes to complete a survey, I would receive eight movie tickets to be used anywhere. I paid for a shipping and processing fee $5.93 through paypal. I haven't received anything.
