Yet another complaint against SnowWolfe games:

I recently got into playing the online game equine-ranch.com, I purchased myself a blue ribbon account and a few custom horses. I had been kind and considerate to other players and the admin, Nicole Zizert. Everything started to go downhill when I popped into the in-game chat once in awhile to ask a few harmless questions about the game. Every time I had a question to ask I was polite and courteous to everyone that was on, in fact there was not a single person I was rude towards. That said, a few days ago I asked a question and Ms. Zizert seemed agitated. I had played for about two weeks now and from day 1 I supposedly misnamed my horses; which was the one thing I had done incorrectly on the game.

To clarify, there was a two week period in which my incorrectly named horses were not subjected to any revoked registrations or reprocussions. However, as soon as I seemed to agitate her on the game by asking questions, I logged in this morning to see almost all of my horses had their registration revoked. I was rather curious as to what I could do with them and looked up in the game help what I could do, but could not find anything.

Not knowing what else to do, I went into the in-game chat once again and asked if these horses were any good. Ms. Zizert, who was in the chat room and who's status was not set at idle, seemingly refused to answer until I waited about 30 minutes and asked several times more. She directed me to the a part of the FQA where I found my answer, it seems most of these horses were deemed useless by the standards of the game. When I asked if there was anything I could do about it, she said something to the effect of 'why should I fix something you are being punished for?' At this point I was starting to get upset and said, "That's like having my cable company cut off my HBO because I paid a day late." The comment didn't go over well with her and she began to get irate and say such mature things like "Duh, " to me.

After awhile I knew that she wasn't going to put any effort into resolving this for me and after enduring her rudeness I sharply told her off. I have worked in customer service for many years and I would NEVER say "Duh" and belittle people who are coming to me to seek help. Long story short, my account was banned and now I am currently fighting over paypal to get my money back. I had bought a 6 month premium account and only used about two weeks worth of time on it, I had also purchased two custom horses.

Going back to the whole name thing, I cannot understand why after over two weeks of play, NOW my horses registrations were revoked. Once again, I admit the names were my fault I misread the guide, I just can't understand why they got revoked a day or so after I seemed to agitate Ms. Zizert? After looking into it, low and behold I see other people have had the same problems.

I am not the only person who has been victimized by Ms. Zizert, she plays favoritism and only enforces the Terms of Service to those she doesn't really care for. If life were like that it would be okay for some people to rob stores but others have to go to jail for it. Another thing is why couldn't she help me instead of belittling me and talking to me as if I were a second class citizen?

As you can see this is not the first report against Ms. Zizert and SnowWolfe Games, the lack of professionalism exhibited by Ms. Zizert is unbearable. The sheer bias she has against certain people means she cannot run a business in a clear and concise manner and the judgement she passes against others is a clear discrimination. This discrimination does not allow everyone to receive the same quality of service that her "preferred friends" would be entitled to.

Time and time again I have read old posts on the forums to see her belittle more and more people. I have below submitted fragments from the forums to show everyone how "seriously" she takes the rules and how it only applies to certain people.

I am sorry but if you do not adhere to YOUR set of rules you made there is a problem.

I do not understand why things like this happen, and why people like Nicole Zizert are allowed to act in such a manner but it saddens me to see someone her age (37 years old by the way), putting down younger people, breaking the rules she made, and diluting the quality of service because you aren't her "friend". Her judgemental attitude has absolutely effected the service of this website and I know I will support anyone else who wishes to speak out against this individual. I cannot tolerate people in an admin/owner position blatantly refusing to help people who pay their bills.instead of "punishing" people she should help them but she thinks it's more fun to literally add insult to injury.

I personally will not endorse anything related to SnowWolfe Games and will help anyone who has been put in a similar situation. I also urge people to look at the other reports listed against SnowWolfe Games so you do not have to go through this as well.

I know I most likely will not get my money back but I can keep trying, you should do the same.

Lastly for submission a rebuttle from the other report against SnowWolfe Games; This was written by Nicole Zizert and was part of her reply:

"Demonmare is simply angry that she was not shown favoritism. She expected special treatment because she has pretended to be my friend where I could read what she was saying"

A prime example of everything I had just said and more. I think that will do it; Once again I urge anyone to come forward with anything else against SnowWolfe Games.
