I ordered a watch from irepicastore and when I received the watch it was defective!
I instantly contacted customer service stating my problem. It has been weeks of emails and I still have not received the information on how to return the watch.
On their site, there is not an actual page stating their return policy. I finally get it after I threw a fit over this. It states that if product is worn they will not refund the money. If your product is defective due to the manufacturer, they will replace it. On the actual site it states 100% money back.
Since the watch would not work, they sent an email stating how to start the watch, which is to wind it and wear it. According to the return policy, now all of this causes the watch warranty/return policy to be void. They will not accept it for return.
I reported this to my bank. They have placed it with the fraud department.
I will not stand for this! They are taking advantage of people and that is wrong!
