On 5/12/10 a TWC technician came to my home to install service to an additional room.
After this service was installed, I noticed, that I could not obtain cable in a room where I previously had service.
I contacted TWC on 5/13/10, and was given a appointment on 5/15/10.
Needless to say that on te 15th, no technician arrived, nor did I recieve a phone call.
I called TWC, to determine what happen to my TWC technician on the 15th and was told that the service was CANCELLED, and that the next available dat would be 5/18/10.
After, speaking with a customer service representative, she insured me that a manager would be notified.
I realize that this may be a small matter in your eyes, however, this small matter is now willing to take his business to another company, as soon as possible.
