I ordered a costume from buycostumes.com and 2 weeks later I haven't received it (The costume was supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days).
My credit card has been charged—they have taken my money!
I have tried repeatedly to reach customer service by calling the phone numbers the company provided but I only get a busy signal or an after hours message.
I have sent a total of 7 e-mails to the customer service department—none of which have generated a response. My money is gone and I have no costume to show for it.
In addition to that, I can't notify anyone of the problem because the contact information that has been provided is invalid. Be wary of this company!
