I ordered a costume from this company on Oct 11. I received a shipment notification email on Oct 13 (no tracking information), and my credit card was billed that same day. I never received my costume. When I call the phone number listed on the website, the recording states they are an "email only" customer service department. The company has failed to respond to any of my numerous emails or messages sent to their "Live Help" over the past 2 weeks. I will continue to try to get my money back, but this has been by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!
