I had a promotional rate of $45 a month for cable and internet. I am now receiving bills of $115 for the same service. When I have called them to cancel the service I have been disconnected twice. Their customer service chat application unexpectedly quit twice as well. I have currently been on hold for 55 minutes. This ridiculous. Stay away.
