I have two accounts with Comcast. One is for my cable tv which I pay for and one is for my internet service which my company pays for. About 5 months ago I changed one of my premium channels on my cable tv account. When I got my next bills from Comcast they had them mixed and not making any sense at all. I called and they swore that it would be resolved on the next set of bills. One month later, same thing, a real mess. This went on for three months before they finally got it straightened out! The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Direct TV is looking better and better!!
