I was online with this company for five hours and paid $34.95 for service. After 4.5 hours, they had put a useless folder for Microsoft Office 2003 on my desktop (I was unable to load it onto my computer from the software, and they assured me that they could help). The chatbox remained open, but no one responded when I asked what I was supposed to do next. I still cannot load my software, nor can I get any response to any kind of contact attempts. They tried to sell me more "services" for $165. Thank God I didn't fall for that, too!!! I am very dissatisfied. This was a waste of $35 and a HUGE waste of my valuable time. Now I'll have to spend money elsewhere to find someone who actually can and WILL help me.
