Stay away if you can!
I've been on direct bill for 2 years. When I try to order a pay per view movie I get a message that I need to call customer service. So I do.
I wait on hold 45 minutes and then was disconnected. Called back & waited 35 minutes and was disconnected. Called back a 3rd time waited 40 minutes, got a rep who put me on hold and was disconnected. Of course they never called back. So I call a 4th time, and after a litany of menus get a message they are closed.
Should also mention I was actually in the Comcast office 2 times this week returning equipment and the service rep NEVER mentioned that my account was past due.
It's typical business as usual for Comcast. They are notorious for bad service & I've accepted that. But after over 3 hours on the phone tonight with no resolution, I'm just done.
