Ripoff frandulent billing and won't give a refund. Ironton Ohio

I have tried and tried to resolve this problem, but get no where. If you get online with earthlink and try to change to another web link don't think you will get them to stop taking money out of your checking account because they don't. It takes an act of God to get them to understand the words PLEASE DON'T TAKE ANY MORE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT I NO LONGER WANT TO SURF WITH EARTHLINK!!
