I signed up with Sling Broadband and they did not deliver the bandwidth that they are charging me for. And they are always full of excuses why things are not working well: they don't keep appointment times, they don't meet install times, they don't provide the bandwidth I ordered, they don't have any customer service to speak of. It seems this is a very small company that lacks the resources of a decent ISP. Oh, eventually they get connectivity working... For a time... Then it's back to problematic bandwidth. It's very painful to deal with this company. I wish I had not signed up with them.
