I only have Reach Broadband internet service. It is $39.77 per month and almost a guarantee that it will be off numerous times each day. Sometimes it will only be off for a few seconds but others it may be minutes or hours and has been known to be out for more than 24 hours. If it is raining like it was here this morning if it isn't already off, it will be soon. It was flashing off and on at the very best until late afternoon and even then it has disconnected a few times. On rare occasions it is fairly fast connecting but as a general rule it at best is only slightly faster than dial up connections. I have contacted them numerous times in writing and by phone about outages. If by phone they tell me they are aware of it. If I complain my mail and send them bandwidth reports that I have made showing their poor bandwidth, they never respond in any way. I have told them to at least let the poor service be considered on the monthly bill but they have never even given me the satisfaction of telling me they are trying to improve a very poor situation; It is my understanding from those who have tv service that it is equally as poor. I looked at their website earlier and it still advertises it's high speed internet service and even offers a special monthly package for tv and internet service. They just don't tell you that when you subscribe that you will be officially... Without so much as a kiss on the cheek.
