They don't mention of course when you sign up and before you pay their high fee of $40, that you will only have a very limited bandwidth. As soon as that bandwidth is used up, the service literally is rigged so that it becomes slower than dial up. Only after about 3 days, my monthly bandwidth was maxed out already. Just doing normal things that any person does in modern times such as watching youtube videos and downloading music will burn up the tiny bandwidth this lousy service gives you.
When I called and was confused by why my service is suddenly so slow, all they said is that if I pay more money I can get a little more bandwidth. Lol, like I would give them more money on a supposedly monthly service I paid $40 for only 3 days earlier! As another always fun to deal with touch, the customer service line when you call is rerouted to India, where not only can you barely understand what they are saying, but they are of no help and extremely rude to top it off.
If you are considering signing up for Cricket, I urge you to look anywhere but Cricket and never use this scam service that will only buy you maybe not even a week's worth of worthwhile internet service. If you look around, you will see much better deals and half the price and unlimited usage stated clearly upfront. If you're still not convinced that Cricket is total garbage and a ripoff, just doing a quick Google search will come up with nothing but complaints and slow service postings.
After writing this, my next step is filing a chargeback with my credit card to get a refund on this service I was scammed into paying for and wasn't even provided. Avoid Cricket Broadband at all costs.
