Had service installed 09-23-08. Service stopped working after 3 days. Tech came out said it was the modem. He came out checked the equipment and said we had exceeded our bandwidth. How did we manage to do this in only a matter of 3 days??? We couldnt even get ie to come up to use the bandwidth. Prior to having service installed we were never told anything about exceeding bandwidth. We were told that we could hook up 3 computers with no problems but we managed to exceed bandwidth on one. Needless to say our service has been a nightmare. It is now a month later and we are going back to dial up which is sure to be faster than this joke of a company.
