Sling Broadband is the worst company I have EVER done business with. They are providing me with internet that is supposed to me 1.5/1.5 mb. I dont even receive HALF of that speed. Every time I call them I hear different excuses.
I have been out of internet now for 5 days now and counting. I call them 4 times a day and never get an answer. My entire business and phone system is down because of them, we are forced to move our call center and my employees to my home so we can continue to do business.
I just ordered DSL with ATT and cannot wait for them to come install my DSL in 3 days so I do not have to deal with these guys at sling broadband EVER again. Worst Customer service I have ever seen in my life. Im sure they will be out of business very soon.
