On January 29th I purchased some cellphone unlocking software and data cables from www.cdmasoftware.com. I was advised to purchase the software offered on this site by an associate. I found out later that he had purchased the software from another site. When I went to pay for the software/hardware, the price amount at checkout didnt match the amount on the site itself so I emailed customer service. Ruslan replied that it was an error and gave me a total to send via western union. I sent the money only because I was under the impression my associate, whom I trust, had purchased from this site successfully. There was a temporary hold put on the transfer and Ruslan emailed me to get the funds released. 30 minutes later, the funds were released and picked up. Today, almost six weeks later, I have not received my goods. Ruslan doesn't respond to any of my emails or calls. Clearly I have been scammed and based on my research of Ruslan and his gypsy company, I know that others have been as well.
