I purchased a new printer because hp advised me that mine was too old to be compatible with the latest computer software. I received a phone call from a man that led me to believe he was with microsoft. He advised me that my problem was in my computer software and that he would fix it if i renewed my software warranty at a cost os $10.00. I transferred funds through western union.instead of $10 they transferred $434.00 (i found this out later) they took control of my computer but couldn't fix the problem and said that they would have a tech spec call. Until now no teech spec call. The email address they gave me doesn't work. I was able to get their name from a western union invoic they sent me stating my charge was $10.
