On July 24 I purchased two AceMoney Software licenses for $60.00. Hours after using the software, I became dissatisfied with the budgeting software tool and I realized that the software was not easy to use and it did not meet my customer expectations. Less than 26 hours later I sent an email to Mechcad stating that I was dissatisfied with the software and I wanted a full refund. The following day I received an email stating that I should have used their trial version first and they would not give me a refund. Within the hour, I replied that there was no trial version offered to me and I also indicated that I had only downloaded one of the two licenses so they should at least refund me for that product. To persuade to MechCad that I was dissatisfied with their software and I had no intention of using their software, I sent them an invoice confirmation of similar budgeting software offered by their competitor, Quicken, that was purchased after I purchased the MechCad Ace Money. I also told MechCad that I uninstalled and deleted their software because it did not meet my expectations.
