On June 4th I purchased a 1998 rebuilt Saturn from Centralia Auto Sale's owned by Ruslan Bezhenar via the CTM Public Auto Auction.
In late September I received a title without a rebuilt stamp and thru a Carfax report I viewed on August 31st I discovered the title was deemed dismantled by the Puyallup DMV, October 10 and subsequently issued a dismantled title to Centralia Auto Sales November 3rd 2005.
August 3rd one day before the temporary plates expired I went to the Grand Mound DMV substation, they had no files on the sale of the Saturn, concerned I went to the auction yard, they assured me it was just a filing error and issued me new temporary plates. The same Carfax report revieled a Nam Title was issued and the sale of the vehicle was reported, to the Centralia DMV coincidently enough that same day August 3rd 2006
In closing I surmize this is how a title is washed without even leaving the state of Washington now thats a!!!??? But how does it get a State patrol inspection sticker?
