I experienced a similar problem. I have AT&T DSL Pro. Should be running 1.5 - 3.0 Mbps. I barely get 1.5 and usually get under 1.5. I'm on the phone again with a new service ticket no. The last service call resulted in the technician stating that he left me a message but I had no instructions as to what I was supposed to do.in the meantime, I'm paying for Pro service.
