First part of May I signed up for the free trial with MSN via internet. I sent a cancellation and it was confirmed, however I didn't notice they were still billing me the $21.95 a month. I guess a person needs to pay more attention to their bill.
Because of this I have had to cancel out my credit card number and start over. It's really an inconvenience to me. I wonder how they can get by with this... And I have no way to contact them... Just the Microsofe Online Svcs bill. Ms.net that is on my credit card bill... And when I enter that I get the site about it being a rip-off.
