Microsoft online servi bill. Ms.net Wa is charging our Discover card for $21.95. They have been doing this for at the past 11 months. The were contacted about 8 months ago. We were told that they would credit our credit card for 3 months. Well we never got the credit and we are still getting charge $21.95 and we haven't been able to reach them since. I hope you can help us out with this and get Microsoft to credit our card for at least 11 months of charges for $21.95.
