Company advertised a bundle of computer, monitor and printer. Shipped printer long after the due date to present documentation to request rebate.

Order was made online. I asked to pick up the merchandise on one of the stores (in Boca Raton Florida). My request was ignored.

Now my e-mails requesting instructions on how to request rebate are being ignored completely.
