They owe me $120.00 printer rebate for printer purchased 3/16. No reply to 5/10 letter

Purchased a Samsung printer ML-1710 Laser Printer for $199.99 from Best Buy Bakersfield that has a $120.00 rebate. Sent all the papers in on 3/16. Wrote to them May 10. No reply. No rebate.
