I downloaded PC Cleaner online. There is a 15 day money-back guarantee from Avanquest. They told me to contact Safe-cart
but they do not answer their phone in customer service. Contacted my credit card company and they told me to contact same. NO LUCK!!! Wish I'd have seen this page before I downloaded the program.
