I purchased 5 items on 05/10.By 06/01/20, only 4 of the 5 products had appeared. Furthermore, 2 of the 4 products were different things than anticipated. Concerning the lost product, a person support representative apologized and mentioned it'd be delivered quickly. Them came 3 days later. Our next problem-related to an inappropriate product I requested. I requested the wrong product since an Allegro customer support representative supplied me using the wrong Allegro product quantity. I had been informed the right products (that have been cheaper) could be delivered and also to toss the wrong product.By 06/21 they'dnot appeared. I talked n / Ashley in customer support who stated no substitutes could be delivered since I created the error & requested the incorrect product. Rude, arrogant & ridiculous. She's exactly what demonstrates terrible customer support, throughout significantly less than $6 value of product. Their costs are large & they don't benefit their clients.
