I have purchased a laptop battery from this company in April. My computer did not recognize the battery so, of course, it won't charge it which makes it useless. The company first argues that it is the right battery for my computer then, asks me to take pictures of it to make sure, which I do. Reluctantly, the company agrees to exchange it and asks me to send it back.
I've sent the battery back according to their instructions. After several weeks, I've started asking questions about it. No reply. Then more questions, no reply. I've sent over 10 emails which were left unanswered.
Of course, I've tried finding a phone number or a physical address to reach someone, but I can't find any such thing on the website.
