Battery Won't Charge, Company Non-Responsive

I purchsed a replacement laptop battery which wouldn't charge. I was able to return that battery and received another, which also wouln't charge fully, although it behaved differently than the first.

I tried everything they suggested, although their advice was generic and din't apply to my laptop or battery. They couldn't provide any evidence that the battery worked before they shipped it and they couldn't provide me a charged battery.

Finally, now I am left with garbage and a useless receipt.
