My HP laptop needed a new battery after much deliberation I decided to purhcase a "genuine" HP battery to ensure that it worked will and would not interfer with my machine.
I found the company on line they promised immediate next day delivery
It took over 2 weeks for the battery to arrive and when the company was contacted about the missing battery they did not reply
Finally the battery arrived with incomprehensive instructions - however I charged and discharged the battery as detailed to the letter.
The battery life only lasts 10 mins BUT worse than that everytime the battery is in the computer and the mains is not it interferred with the internet and the computer shut down.
I took my laptop to a specalist who informed me that the battery was NOT a genuine HP battery and it had caused SERIOUS problems to my computer which meant that I had a very large BILL!!!
I contacted the company who ignored my complaints and just told me to keep charging the battery and it would work. Finally after 10 days they confirmed that the battery was NOT genuine.
I have requested a refund and offered to send the battery back - they REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND IGNORNE ME
My adivce to everyone is do not buy any batteries or anything else from batteries man.com they are a complete fruadulent company
