No phone number. Will not reply to emails. Stay away! Battery died in 2 weeks, and they wont issue RMA

I baught a battery for an Asus laptop. It shipped fairly promptly. It worked for 2 weeks, then died. I contacted them for an RMA to get it returned/refunded. Not reply. Sent and email again. No reply. No phone number, no address. There guys are shady, to say the least. Rip-off
