I received a new computer towards the end of last year (Nov or Dec). The problem I have is that my computer does not recharge the battery. I have a big battery and I think it should have around 4-7 hours of battery life, but when I have switched off my computer at night and charge my battery, it charges to 62%. How do I go about having this checked out?
