They don't honor their own refund policy. They won't refund your money. They will not talk to you over the phone if you are in dispute with their services. They will call you however to get a quick payment.
Proof: Their response if you actually use the resources you are paying for. This company does not give you what you pay for!!! Beware - You've been warned.
We do not discuss abuse related matters via telephone fordocumentation purposes. Your account was suspended for excessive use, causing the server to have increased I/O. Since suspending youraccount, the I/O has been reduced to more reasonable levels. You willhave to upgrade to a dedicated server to continue to run this account as it's outgrown the shared hosting environment.
