The information below was sent to my Credit card company, guess what still no money. Dispute Department Card # 9999-9999-9999-9999 10/10 The following information concerns my dispute with DRI*NEUROSOFTCORP.com. On 10-8 I purchased software from the above mentioned company for the purpose of cleaning my computers registry. The company advertised their software as being the best and if not satisfied they would refund every penny. After loading their software I ran a test between there advertised software product and a product that was already loaded on my P/C. The bench mark test I ran on my computer had shown me that what I paid $67.95 was inferior to what I already owned. After contacting their web site asking for a refund I was informed they had a great product and the company had no further correspondence with me. In addition, after it became obvious that this organization had no intention of refunding my credit card I did a web search of their company to see if other individuals had problems with this organization. Guess what, this company is notorious for not honoring their guaranty. Avoid Neurosoftcorp and it's software product PC DOC PRO! They offer a free trial verision, but it will only fix the first 50 problems (usually will identify 200-300 problems). Not much of a trial, but a lot of scamming companies will do the same thing and avoid letting their product really show what it can or can't do. From their website "trial edition allows you to fix a limited number of errors for free."

Purchased a license to allow me download updates for 30 days @ $29.95. The software created more problems and requested a refund since the company states 100% No Risk Refund. After requesting details on their refund policy it shows an intent to mislead and make it so time consuming for the consumer to make it not worth the effort. Another common scam to offer 100% refund, but make it so tough that they won't have to refund any money.

The fine print for refunds are not available, but they have 32 pages describing their product. Only after requesting details on the refund will they send you a link (not sure you can ever get their without them sending it to you), but it will come down to talking to support people to resolve any issues first, faxing, and letting them into your computer.

My software stopped working and they refused to give me an another key to get it working again because they said the software is only valid for the time period of purchase (30 days or 1 year). I said I didn't want updates, but only wanted to use the software I purchased, and they said it was for both.

Updates usually are available quarterly instead of monthly.

I downloaded PC DOC Pro it didn't work to fix a registry problem as it guarantees. They farm out the support to neurosoft corp which is the software author also.

They give support for people that the registry mechanic did not fix their problem.instead of listening to your problem which in my case was hardware based they ask you to down load spyware tools and try and justify the $29.95 billing by you using them. Then when you tell them that spyware is not you r problem they get angry because they don't want to refund your money. I guess they won't get their commissions.

Then after they finally agree to refund your money they make you go through a long process where you have to give them an unininstall code which I never got if it even exists. They write back you must now fax a form to get refund which I did and I never got a refund

They stink do not use them I also suddenly after arguing with them had 500 viruses found after a MacAfee scan which I'm sure they sent me. Vindictive worthless and nasty help.
