Very difficult to get refund elusive deceptive

Be very cautious with this company. I do not think that their software does anything. Before I purchased the full version it said I had over 700 errors. After I purchased the full version and ran the same scan it said I had zero errors. Their answer was that it automatically fixes everything upon receipt of payment. That is bogus.

I had a registry error both before and after the purchase that I wound up having to go in and fix myself. Then when I went to get the refund I got a complete run around. I started with the online chat. They gave me an email address.

After multiple emails where they refused to directly respond to my request for a refund they finally gave me the link to submit my request for a refund. And I have still not received it. Upon further invesitgation I found out that they actually brag about their low refund rate
(http://www.registrysmart.com/affiliates.php) to try and entice affiliates. Check out the link above. Here is the correspondance that I went through. You can see my escalating frustration with their elusiveness. BE VERY CAUTIOUS DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE.

This is the email thread of my attempt at receiving a refund.
This does not include the time I spent with them in live chat trying to get my money back.

To whom it may concern I request a refund for my purchase several days ago and have yet to receive any
response. I wanted a refund because I feel that your software is a scam. When I had the trial version it
said that I had over 700 errors. After I purchased the full version it said I had 0. Please refund my
money in full. I am very dissatisified with my purchase.

Please reinstall the software.
Please go to Start Settings Control Panel and select Add/Remove Programs. From there you can select
to uninstall RegistrySmart.

To get registered:
1. Download the latest version, you can do so at this link:

Note: Please click the 'Scan Again' button to enter the main program if you have any problems finding
the 'Register' button.

2. Click on the tab at the top that says 'Register.'

3. Please copy and paste the text below into the corresponding fields
of the Registry screen:

Serial Number: 6103-74A3-8561-9E15

Please make sure to use upper case letters and include dashes if you
type it.

4. Click 'OK' to complete the registration.

If you look in my previous emai messages you will see my problem. The initial scan showed pver 700 errors. After I purchased the full version I did the scan again. This
time the scan showed that there were 0 problems found. I feel like it was a scam to get me to purchase the software. Please refund my money, and please do not ask me to explain myself again as this is now
the THIRD time I have explained my problem.

The program will remove the errors as soon as it is registered, you can verify this by going to
"Backups" at the top of the program and viewing all the deleted items, you should see all 700 there.

a scan with it, and quarantine all the items that show in the scan result. You will get rid of all threats troubling you.
