The software does not work properly. I e-mailed them as well as called them. It does not seem to matter what number you call or what department you request, you always wind up with tech support???
The company seems interested in only trying to fix a problem by remoting into my computer. One of the sites they wanted me to download was called "Hackers..." Not very comforting.
Software should work immediately otherwise you don't buy it.
They also add an Antispy S/N and allow you to use it making it seem part of the purchase package, but it is not. You only get to use it for a limited time, then you have to pad an additional 19.95.
The company e-mailed me (without the noted attachment on Monday - I responded by requesting they resend the e-mail message with the attachment. I also filed complaints with a number of internet fraud/scam/etc companies.
I tried speaking to the Operations officer, however I was told that would be impossible.
