On Nov. 25th. I purchased 2 different items from Bestbuy.
Both items where entitled to advertised rebates. I submitted them at the exact same time by email.in January I received one rebate for $40. With a note the other rebate would not be honored because only one rebate per customer. The other rebate ($80.00) for a different item, Bestbuy has now claimed was never submitted, the offer has closed, and now they refuse to respond to me.
