Contact Information: On or around 10/1/02 I sent by FedEx to Brain Stange at address listed an HP laptop computer worth $550.
On or around 10/10 I sent by PayPal to Brian Stange $200 ($40 for shipping) for a combined total of $750 credit towards $1650 for the new G4 Apple Dual GHz.
On 11/27 I sent the ballace of $850 by PayPal to Brain Stange to complete the ballance.
Description of how you were defrauded: Brian Stange, after he received all the money and my laptop computer, has done nothing but make very unbelievable excuses why he has failed at every attempt to get my G4 thay I ordered, shipped. He made a promise that the computer would be shipped overnite UPS on 12/17, he even went as far as having a shipping tag printed. After calling UPS 3 days after the computer was supposedto arive, UPS informed me that Brian Stange had never called to have the box picked up. Since this, Brian has claimed to have found the mysterious box at UPS and was going to mail it himself. I told Brian that if I did not have physical proof that he sent the computer by 1/10 that I would file internet and mail fraud charges. As of 1/12 I still do not have any evidence that Brian has made any attmept to send a G4 to me.
