Ripoff advertised laptop sent just screen

Donald Crawford advertised a Dell XPS M170 laptop computer. I won bid and paid through PayPal. Crawford sent me a screen for laptop computer not the whole computer as advertised. On the description he had a picture of the laptop with all the specifications. Then he sends just the screen.
