I was charged $20.00 by expensetracker. I never heard of them until I saw their charge on my visa account. I did use this visa a couple of days earlier when I paid $2.97 to another internet company. I do not think this could be a coincidence, as this was the only internet purchase I made. Everything else was my usual card charges. I was not able to reach anyone at the phone number listed on my credit card bill by expensetracker. I intend to report this to my credit card company and ask them to investigate this. I also intend to talk with the other internet company and if they did give my card number out I will do what I need to so that they are held accountable.
