Ripoff fraudulent charges on my visa credit card

I do not know how Dream Smile and Learnx acquired my VISA account number to be able to charge $14.95 and $74.95 to my VISA card. Especially when I have not ordered anything from the web in over a year!

I had paid up my account on my VISA last October and have not charged anything on it sense, therefore, I was very surprised to find these charges on it.

I amd writing this report to help with my contacting VISA and questioning the charges.

Just goes to show you that the web sites aren't as secure as they claim when using credit cards to order!
