This company fraudulently charged my visa debit card. This company has an internet address only that sells screen savers for PDA's I do not even own a PDA. If you try and call there 800 phone number, you get no one ever. If you call them direct non 800 number, you get a phone message from a women who's english is not understandable.
I contacted my credit union who my visa debit card is thru & they said they can do nothing because the charge was under $20.00. I had to pay $10.00 to cancel my card and get a new one.
I asked the bank about the federal regulation E. And filing an afidavit of a fraudulent charge. The bank said it would cost them $12.00 to fax the papers with visa, just for them to say they would not cover anything under $20.00.
I think this is so wrong, this company is out there getting rich stealing nickles and dimes from innocent victoms and it is easy for them, as the Bank will do nothing because the charge is under $20.00.
Not right someone stold my charge card number and now I have to worry and also pay for a new debit card, not to mention contact all the companies I may have the card on file for automatic bill pays.
