They claim to sell software! They have a BBB logo plus other logo's on their site but NO ONE knows them. Their location indicates GMT timezone but does not mean they are located in America. (no address anywhere on their website nor phone number)
They advertised Windows 7 Ultimate for $100. Plus $4.75 fee, as a download. I stupidly bought it thinking I was safe because of the BBB logo. Softwarereal.com charged my card and sent a confirmation email of the charge, and that was it, nothing else. I checked with the BBB, company unknown. I disputed the charge with my card holder, no phone number was listed with the charge. I did find out on the internet at Amazon that someone had bought the same software and downloaded it and he said it was listed in his download as Windows7 Ultimate RC. The RC stands for release candidate which I already have it was a free download from Microsoft to test out Windows 7 it is good until next summer when it will no longer work.
Do not do business with them!!!
